Previous experience in front desk or hospitality roles preferred.Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.Flexible Schedule.

We are seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our team at Hampton by Hilton. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience while delivering exceptional customer service.
