Guest Service Officer - Reservations (Arabic Speaker)

**Description:**
You will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by managing reservations effectively. You will ensure that all bookings are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining a strong guest-focused approach.
Main duties:
+ Respond promptly to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
+ Accurately input and manage reservations in the Property Management System
+ Promote packages and special offers to enhance the guest experience
+ Coordinate with the Front Office and Sales teams to ensure booking accuracy
+ Handle group bookings and special requests with great attention to detail

**Qualifications:**
+ Work experience as a GSO or Reservations Agent
+ Fluency in Arabic language is a must
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficiency in Opera or other Property Management Systems
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
+ Proactive approach to guest service and problem-solving
