In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our guests, delivering personalized service, offering tailored recommendations, and ensuring each stay is smooth, memorable, and truly exceptional. **Qualifications:** + Previous experience in Concierge, Guest Services, or Front Office within a 5-star hotel is highly preferred. + Proficiency in using property management and guest service systems (e.g., Opera, HotSOS). + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong local knowledge of Doha’s dining, entertainment, and cultural scene. + Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. + Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (Arabic or others) are a strong advantage.
