**Your responsibilities:**
+ Serve as a representative of the company and the first point of contact for our guests, creating a consistently positive and professional impression
+ Handle guest enquiries and requests via telephone and email, ensuring prompt and accurate responses or forwarding them to the appropriate department
+ Provide recommendations and information about the hotel, its services, and the surrounding area
+ Accept bookings and forward reservation requests for our restaurants
+ Receive and coordinate special guest requests with the relevant departments
+ Manage internal and external mail and correspondence
+ Work closely and collaboratively with all departments within the property
+ Receive, handle, and resolve guest complaints in a professional and confident manner
+ Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive guest information
**Your Profile:**
+ Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a friendly, professional presence
+ High level of commitment, initiative, and ability to work independently
+ Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset
+ Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
+ Excellent manners and a courteous, service\-oriented approach
+ Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
**The following qualifications would be an advantage:**
+ Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry
+ A pleasant, calm, and professional telephone manner
