Set to open in mid-2026, THE BARAI HUA HIN is a beachfront luxury resort featuring 98 rooms and suites that will become part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, located along the serene Khao Takiab coastline. Designed as a haven of peace and rejuvenation, the resort combines THE BARAI’s iconic architectural grace with personalized sensory experiences that reflect the essence of Thai hospitality.
**Description**
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Service Centre is responsible to facilitate efficient communications for both guests and associates within the hotel and and for external communications.
**Qualifications:**
+ Thai National with Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
+ Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
+ Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Opera Cloud, or similar)
+ Work experience in hotel front office or concierge experience, preferably in a luxury or international hotel.
+ Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
