Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a Guest Service Center Agent at our luxurious resort in Mai Khao, Thailand! We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our guests in this tropical paradise.
Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, handling inquiries with a helpful and attentive mannerMaintain comprehensive knowledge of our hotel products, including room types, rates, facilities, and promotionsEnsure the highest standards of service and maintain a positive attitude in all guest interactionsTake personal responsibility for guest satisfaction, following up on issues in a timely mannerProactively suggest alternatives and innovative solutions to meet guest needsDevelop close working relationships with all hotel departments to ensure seamless serviceAttend daily shift briefings, hotel events, and training sessions to enhance professional skillsManage check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests efficiently using our property management systemPromote and upsell hotel services and amenities to maximize guest satisfaction and revenueAssist with concierge services, providing local area information and recommendationsQualificationsStrong focus on customer service with a friendly and empathetic demeanorExcellent communication skills with fluency in English; basic Thai language skills are a plusPrior experience in hotel front office operations or related customer service role preferredProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS)Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidaysDetail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAdaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentKnowledge of Thai culture and customs to enhance guest experiencesHigh school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related degree is a plusPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetProblem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
