Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Guest Service Ambassador to join the team at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York. As a Guest Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for assisting guests who are using our new self-service kiosks on event days.

What will you do?Meet and greet guests upon their arrival at the venueAssist and inform guests on how to properly utilize the self-service kiosks Support other concessions and retail team members in need of guidance on the point-of-sale systemPartner with the human resources department for team member check-ins across departments at the venueEnsure team members arriving at check-in have signed in and are aware of their assigned location and responsibilitiesAdminister new hire onboarding, alcohol training, job fairs, new hire processing, work events and general office work
