The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival and departure, answering phones, taking questions about reservations, and providing general information. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. PEP and Hilton experience is highly desired.
Work Experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills:
At least one (1) year of hotel experience.Greet customers and answer inquiries in a professional manner.Provide information about the hotel, its services, and local attractions.Check guests in and out of the hotel.Ensure that all payments are processed accurately and promptly.Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.Handle customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner, while providing resolution in order to make it right.Responsibility and commitment. Provide excellent customer service.
