Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Female Guest Service Agent to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable from check-in to check-out.

Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impressionProcess guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accuratelyRespond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, either in person or over the phoneAssist guests with room reservations, upgrades, and special arrangementsHandle guest complaints and concerns with empathy and work towards satisfactory resolutionsCoordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met in a timely mannerMaintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guestsProcess payments and handle cash transactions accuratelyEnsure the lobby and reception area are clean, organized, and presentable at all timesAssist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports and maintaining guest records

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in hospitality or customer service preferredExcellent communication skills in both English and ArabicStrong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanorAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressureProblem-solving skills and attention to detailProficiency in computer systems and hotel management softwareFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysProfessional appearance and adherence to grooming standardsAbility to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting when necessary
