Guest Service Agent
**Description:** The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing professional and friendly front desk service to ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience. This role supports Front Office operations by handling guest check-in and check-out, responding to inquiries, and assisting guests with their needs throughout their stay. + Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently according to hotel procedures. + Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. + Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally. + Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest service and operations. + Handle guest feedback or concerns and ensure guest satisfaction. **Qualifications:** + Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred. + Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Front Office or guest service in a hotel environment. + Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. + Friendly personality with strong customer service and problem-solving skills **Primary Location:** TH-10-Bangkok **Organization:** Andaz One Bangkok **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Front Office **Req ID:** BAN002255 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
