Join our dynamic team at Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha as a Guest Service Agent. We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to create exceptional experiences for our guests.
Welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor and provide personalized attention throughout their stay Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Anticipate guest needs and offer tailored recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally Process reservations, room assignments, and billing with precision Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local area information Assist with concierge services, including arranging transportation and making reservations Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean, organized, and inviting at all times Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards Qualifications Proven experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar customer-facing role in the hospitality industry Strong service-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; additional languages are a plus Proficiency in property management systems (PMS), preferably Opera Cloud or similar Ability to connect with guests through storytelling and anticipation of needs Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Flexible and willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office software In-depth knowledge of Dubai's attractions, culture, and local amenities Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality management is a plus About the CompanyA caring employer providing respect, training and career development for our employees.
