Job Description

AVANI Melbourne Central Residences is seeking a professional and customer-focused Mandarin Speaking Guest Service Agent to join our front office team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-outAssist Mandarin-speaking guests with smooth communication and supportHandle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests with efficiency and careEnsure accuracy in guest accounts and maintain front office proceduresCollaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest expectations

QualificationsFluency in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written)Previous front office or customer service experience (hotel preferred)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsA positive, team-focused attitude with attention to detailFlexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
