Job DescriptionStep into a key front-facing role at Oaks Port Stephens Pacific Blue Resort, where coastal relaxation meets professional service. We are currently seeking a Full Time Guest Service Agent to join our welcoming team and help create smooth, memorable stays for every guest.
As the first point of contact, you'll provide outstanding service from check-in to check-out, handling enquiries and issues with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests on arrival with a warm, friendly, and professional manner.Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.Respond to guest enquiries in person, by phone, and via email.Assist with bookings, room allocations, and special requests.Resolve guest concerns promptly and ensure follow-up where required.Provide local knowledge and recommendations for dining, attractions, and experiences.Maintain accurate records and process payments using property systems.Full-time hourly rate (excluding super):
Monday – Friday: $26.70
Saturday: $33.38
Sunday: $40.05
