Job Description

At Oaks Brisbane Mews Suites, we offer a relaxed, boutique-style experience in the heart of Bowen Hills just moments from the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and minutes from the city centre. With a mix of long-stay and short-stay guests, every day brings something new.

We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and guest-focused Guest Service Agents to join our front office team, with full-time and part-time roles available.

What You’ll Do:

Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guestsManage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with accuracy and efficiencyRespond to guest queries, requests, and feedback in a timely and thoughtful mannerShare your knowledge of the local area to enhance the guest experienceLiaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure the smooth daily operation of the property

QualificationsPrevious experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality (highly regarded)Excellent communication skills and a proactive, guest-first mindsetAbility to remain calm under pressure and problem-solve on the goProfessional personal presentation and attention to detailAvailability to work across a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidaysFull working rights in Australia
