**Description:** Hyatt Regency DFW is conveniently located at Terminal C at the DFW Airport with 812 guestrooms and 85,000 square feet of event space. The hotel is seeking top-talent to add their personality and engagement to the guest experience! **What are you responsible for?** The Guest Request Runner is responsible for delivering exceptional service by promptly responding to guest requests and ensuring all deliveries are completed efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include: + Respond promptly to guest requests for amenities, supplies, and services + Deliver items such as towels, linens, pillows, blankets, toiletries, cribs, rollaway beds, and other requested amenities to guest rooms + Communicate professionally and courteously with guests while providing service + Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and within established service standards + Assist housekeeping with stocking and replenishing closets and storage areas + Transport clean linens, supplies, and equipment throughout the property as needed + Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, storage rooms, and supply closets + Support room attendants and housekeeping supervisors during peak business periods + Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned **Availability Requirements:** We’re seeking a Full Time or Part Time Guest Request Runner. Your Schedule will be 8am to 4:30pm.
