Job descriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused guest relation professional to join our team in the beautiful resort town of El Gouna, Hurghada, Egypt. As a guest relation specialist, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring exceptional experiences for our guests and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience Anticipate and respond to guest needs, questions, and concerns promptly and courteously Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in El Gouna and Hurghada Manage guest feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up Maintain accurate guest records and preferences in the hotel management system Assist in organizing and coordinating special events or activities for guests Collaborate with the concierge team to arrange transportation, reservations, and excursions Ensure the lobby and guest areas are well-maintained and presentable at all times Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance guest service skills Adapt to changing situations and maintain composure during high-pressure moments Qualifications Proven experience in guest relations or a similar role within the hospitality industry Strong understanding of hotel operations and F&B environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German and English (additional languages are a plus) Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of local attractions, culture, and services in El Gouna and Hurghada Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and practices Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred, but not required Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently Adaptability to changing guest needs and hotel policies Additional informationGerman and English language is a must.
