Sentara Albemarle Medical Center Guest Services is hiring a Guest Services Representative!

The Guest Services Rep is a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members. Responsible for providing a welcoming and genuine environment and address concerns to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.

Hours/Shift:

Full time, Nights 9:00pm - 6:00am, weekend rotations

Education:

HS - High School Grad or Equivalent

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year customer service experience

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$16.35 - $23.08. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
