Role Overview:
As a Guest Relations Officer, your main goal is to ensure our guests feel warmly welcomed and valued throughout their stay. You’ll greet our VIP and long-term guests, assist with special requests, and proactively resolve any concerns, serving as a vital link between guests and our hotel services.

Communicate with guests before their arrival to prepare for their needs and make them feel special right from the start
Serve as the main point of contact for VIP guests during their stay, ensuring they have everything they need
Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful, personalized service
Handle guest feedback and concerns with empathy and efficiency
Work closely with teams like Housekeeping and Concierge to ensure that all guest's preferences are met
Keep guest profiles updated in our system to offer them the best possible experience

Familiarity with Opera or similar property management systems is an advantage
Proficiency in an additional widely spoken language would be an advantage
