Details: This position is supplemental and will work between 0-23 hours per week depending on business needs. This position is on-site at Methodist Hospital and team member will need to have flexibility to work rotating hours and various shifts as needed.

Sets the tone for an exceptional experience by welcoming all guests to our organization in a friendly, helpful manner. Serves as an information resource by answering questions, providing accurate up-to-date information and giving directions to areas within the hospital and any adjoining medical facilities. Responsible for being a culture champion by embracing and demonstrating the mission and vision of the organization. Requires a concierge level customer service attitude.

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Previous concierge level customer service experience preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience involving patient/public contact preferred.
