Guest Relations Associate - North Hospital

Schedule:  Supplemental hours, rotating shifts (0-24 hours per week; earliest shifts start at 5 am and the latest shift ends at 6:30 pm.)

Department: Patient Experience

Sets the tone for an exceptional experience by welcoming all guests to our organization in a friendly, helpful manner. Serves as an information resource by answering questions, providing accurate up-to-date information and giving directions to areas within the hospital and any adjoining medical facilities. Responsible for being a culture champion by embracing and demonstrating the mission and vision of the organization. Requires a concierge level customer service attitude. 


• High School Diploma/GED required. 
• Previous concierge level customer service experience preferred. 
• Previous healthcare experience involving patient/public contact preferred.
