Become part of our team and be ready for a memorable journey with us !! **POSITION SUMMARY** The Guest Relations Agent provides a warm and personalized welcome to guests throughout their stay, in compliance with the property’s standards. He/She works closely with the various hotel departments to respond to guest requests, monitor their preferences, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. He/She assists guests with their arrangements, offers recommendations, and supports the handling of potential complaints under the supervision of the Senior Guest Relations or the Front Office Manager. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Guest Relations + Welcomes guests upon arrival with courtesy and professionalism, using their name whenever possible, in accordance with group standards (e.g., the “15/5 rule”); + Provides guests with information regarding hotel services, facilities, opening hours, and available amenities; + Handles guests’ activity reservations (restaurants, shows, tours, hairdresser, etc.) in coordination with the relevant departments; + Answers guest inquiries before, during, and after their stay with availability and care; + Identifies guest preferences and records them in the appropriate systems to enhance future stays; + Communicates special requests and important information to the relevant departments to ensure efficient follow-up; + Ensures in-room amenities are properly arranged in coordination with the concerned teams; + Assists with the welcome and care of VIP guests in accordance with the Senior Guest Relations’ guidelines; + Promotes the group’s loyalty programs to guests. • Communication + Uses clear, professional, and appropriate language when interacting with guests and internal teams; + Communicates discreetly any incidents or specific service needs, out of guests’ sight; + Answers telephone calls within the required timeframe with a professional and pleasant tone. • Procedures and Standards + Applies the property’s procedures regarding confidentiality, guest data protection, and service quality; + Respects the company’s grooming, attitude, and behavior standards; + Contributes to continuous service improvement by reporting guest feedback and suggestions to management. • Human Resources Responsibilities + Ensures completion of mandatory internal trainings and Marriott International virtual trainings; + Leads by example and conveys the company’s vision and values by promoting and applying them: + Put people first + Pursue excellence + Embrace change + Act with integrity + Serve our world **REQUIRED SKILLS:** + Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills + Guest relations skills + Discretion + Responsiveness + Creativity + Organization + Decision-making ability + Excellent grooming and presentation + Fluency in English + A third language is an asset **Offer details:** + **Status :** Employee – Niveau I – Echelon 3 + **Trial period:** 15 days + **Contract period :** May - September 2026 + **Weekly working hours :** 39 hours contract + **Gross monthly salary scale :** 1.900€ - 2.100€ **Other advantages :** **A food allowance** Allocated according to the guaranteed minimum, under reserve to fulfill the conditions set by the legal and contractual provisions in place. **Annual Vacations :** 25 days (in proportion of the time of presence). **Marriott Explore Rate :** As you are a Marriott Associate, you will be eligible to the Explore Rates discounts within all the group properties according availability. **Public transports :** Reimbursement of public transports upon presentation of a valid ticket up to 80%. **Laundry :** You are eligible to dry-clean your uniform or working clothes. **Mutuality :** You will benefit from the compulsory health insurance and its complementary mutual as soon as you join the company. You will therefore be able to add your partner and your children. **Profit-sharing:** You are eligible, on a pro rata basis according to your actual time of presence, for profit-sharing.
