Job description

Are you passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences? We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and guest-focused Guest Relations Agent to join our team and become the face of our property.

Key responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner Assist with check-in and check-out procedures Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively Coordinate special requests and ensure VIP guests receive outstanding service Collaborate with front office and other departments to ensure seamless service Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and local attractions Contribute to maintaining high guest satisfaction scores Qualifications Requirements: Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving attitude with a guest-first approach Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Additional information
