Job description

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused guest relation host/hostess to serve as our lobby ambassador in Baghdad, Iraq. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve issues Maintain the lobby area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times Assist with luggage handling and directions when needed Monitor guest satisfaction and collect feedback to improve service quality Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and managing reservations Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety proceduresQualifications Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software Fluency in English; additional languages are highly valued Familiarity with local culture and customs in Baghdad, Iraq Professional appearance and positive attitude Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays About the Company
