Guest Relations Executive
Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Guest Relations Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by addressing their needs, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impressionHandle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficientlyCoordinate with various departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve issuesManage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring smooth transitionsProvide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractionsMaintain accurate guest records and update information in the hotel management systemHandle reservations, modifications, and cancellations as neededAssist with concierge services, including booking transportation and making restaurant reservationsMonitor guest satisfaction and collect feedback to improve service qualityEnsure compliance with hotel policies and proceduresAssist in organizing and coordinating special events or VIP guest arrangementsMaintain a clean and organized front desk areaQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field preferred2+ years of experience in guest relations or customer service roles, preferably in the hospitality industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in English; additional languages are a plusStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailProficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suiteAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysProfessional appearance and positive attitudeAbility to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentSkills and Competencies:
