Job description Handle guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Operate laundry equipment including washers, dryers, and folding machines Sort, wash, dry, and fold guest laundry according to established procedures Maintain a clean and organized laundry area Ensure proper care of guests' clothing and linens Track and report any damaged or lost items Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and report shortages Adhere to safety and hygiene standards Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the overall guest experience Qualifications Proficiency in operating laundry equipment and knowledge of various fabric care techniques Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude Previous experience in laundry services or hospitality is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good time management and organizational skills Basic computer skills for tracking and reporting Additional information
