Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Guest Laundry Collection & Delivery / Valet to join our hospitality team in Baghdad, Iraq. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing laundry collection and delivery for our guests.
- Collect and deliver laundry from guest rooms in a timely and professional manner
- Operate laundry equipment and ensure proper handling of guests' clothing and linens
- Maintain accurate records of laundry transactions and guest preferences
- Assist guests with valet services, including garment pressing and special care instructions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk staff to ensure seamless service
- Navigate through Baghdad's streets efficiently to meet delivery deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry area
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously
- Adhere to hotel safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow specific care instructions
- Efficient time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency for record-keeping
- Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and effectively
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shift requirements
