As Guest Experience Manager, you will be responsible to contribute to increasing guest satisfaction and to creating and maintaining Guest Experience with regards to the Hyatt Brand Standards.

Minimum 3 years work experience at the same positions in Luxurious Hotel.Must display strong analytical, organizational, and administrative skills to be able to deal with multiple priorities simultaneouslyExperience and through undestanding of guest service.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.A team player with proven leadership ability and a positive attitude.
