**Qualifications & Experience**
**๐ฏ** **What Youโll Do (Key Responsibilities):**
As a Guest Experience Shift Lead, youโll be the go-to person on shift โ inspiring your team, solving problems, and ensuring guests have a magical time! โจ
๐งญ **Lead the Team:**
+ Supervise and support the Guest Experience crew during daily operations
+ Delegate tasks and monitor progress in real-time
๐ **Create Amazing Experiences:**
+ Motivate the team to be _โguest obsessedโ_ ๐งก
+ Ensure all guests receive world-class service and prompt support
๐ **Keep It Safe & Smooth:**
+ Uphold health & safety standards
+ Manage guest flow and queues to optimize the experience
๐ **Train & Empower:**
+ Onboard and train Hosts across all guest-facing areas
+ Maintain training records and help develop team members
๐ ๏ธ **Step In & Step Up:**
+ Act as Supervisor on Duty or assist in various roles when needed
+ Handle guest feedback and escalate when necessary
๐ฅ **Support the Team:**
+ Participate in team audits, engagement activities, and improvement projects
+ Provide feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations
**๐ผ** **What You Bring (Qualifications & Experience):**
โ๏ธ High school diploma or GED
โ๏ธ 6+ months experience in attractions, entertainment, or hospitality (preferred)
โ๏ธ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
โ๏ธ High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for guest service
โ๏ธ Able to adapt in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
โ๏ธ Comfortable using standard office tools and software
**๐งณ** **Other Essentials:**
๐ Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings & holidays
๐ช Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move around the attraction
๐ก๏ธ Work in a variety of indoor/outdoor environments
๐งผ Committed to safety for guests and team members alike
๐ May require local travel occasionally
