As aGuest Experience Host (Rooms), you will be responsible to provide excellent service to guests at a consistent level. You will work closely with your colleagues to respond and resolve to guest inquiries, requests and issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. The Guest Experience Host is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Guest Experience Department.

Your Profile

Possess minimum GCE "O" levels. Candidates with Diploma / Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent will be preferred. Minimum 6 months work experience in hotel operations. Possess good problem solving, communications, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

Communication with guests, including pre-arrival, during stay and post stay. Responsible for correspondence with guests for any inquiries, special requests, reservations,etc. Enhance the guest experience by providing efficient, friendly, and personalize service. Handle and monitor guest feedback from guest satisfaction surveys and other channels. Report to Guest Experience Manager and assist necessary duties.
