Ford of Kirkland, one of the region’s top-performing Ford dealerships, is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Guest Experience Coordinator to lead our vehicle pick-up and delivery service. This is a key role that ensures a seamless and professional experience for our guests — from vehicle hand-offs to real-time communication.

Guest Experience Coordinator Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate guest vehicle pick-up and delivery services Manage and schedule valet drivers, ensuring on-time pick-ups and drop-offs Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process Provide real-time updates to customers regarding driver status and estimated arrival times Monitor and optimize daily driver routes for efficiency and customer satisfaction Work closely with service advisors and management to ensure a seamless guest experience Maintain accurate records of all vehicle movements and customer communications

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00AM – 5:00PM)

 

Guest Experience Coordinator Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $21.00 - $24.00 with possible bonuses & incentives
