Create unforgettable experiences for our guests by working together with all hotel departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare the daily in-house guest list based on butler reports, emails, and guest profiles, highlighting visit number, reason for travel, agency, upgrades, and names of children or pets. Welcome and bid farewell to guests in the lobby, recognizing their reason for visiting and ensuring they had a pleasant stay. Engage with guests daily to understand their experience at the resort and assist with any requests, inquiries, or concerns. Assign a host to future arrivals based on their profile. Send personalized farewell letters to departing guests, considering their reason for visiting and preferred language. Prepare the daily amenities report, including arrivals and in-house guests, based on celebrations, allergies, and dietary restrictions. • Receive and resolve guest complaints. • Stay informed about all events happening at the resort. • Keep track of guest celebrations. Conduct site inspections when required. University degree. Three years of experience in luxury hotels. Computer proficiency. 90% fluency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of LQA, AAA, Forbes, and FHR standards.
