Job descriptionThe Guest Experience Agent is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests from arrival to departure, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a smooth and memorable stay. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Key duties: Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs Assist in arranging guest itineraries and tours Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, dining, and events Promote hotel services and amenities Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at all times QualificationsExperience:
1 year in customer service or guest relations roles, preferably in hospitalitySkills:
