Role description

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Tailor Intern to join our atelier. The candidate will support our team of tailors and pattern makers in the creation, customization, and finishing of high-quality garments, while gaining hands-on technical skills in garment construction and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

Support senior tailors in daily garment making and alterations.Assist in taking measurements and preparing fittings.Contribute to tailoring adjustments (hems, alterations, refinements).Assist in managing fabrics, materials, and sewing tools.Maintain order and organization within the workshop.Learn hand-sewing and machine-sewing techniques as well as both traditional and modern tailoring processes.

Requirements

Currently studying or recently graduated in tailoring, fashion, fashion design, or related fields.Basic knowledge of sewing techniques and use of standard sewing machines.Precision, manual skills, and strong attention to detail.Passion for fashion and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.Teamwork ability and positive attitude.
