Our work depends on Guard II joining our team to enforce regulations and procedures designed to prevent breaches of security. This position will require working non-traditional hours and weekends to support customer requirements. The successful candidate will have a customer service mentality coupled with security experience.
HOW A GUARD II WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Exercises judgment and use discretion in responding to incidents and emergenciesDetermine whether to intervene directly or seek assistance in a timely mannerMaintain control of situation and/or monitor surveillanceEscalate any incident or situation to the appropriate authority for handling as needed.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: High School Diploma/GEDRequired Experience: 1+ years of related experienceRequired Technical Skills: Basis computer skillsSecurity Clearance Level: Secret clearance or the ability to obtain oneRequired Skills and Abilities:Specialized training in methods and techniques of protecting controlled areas is requiredThe ability to read, comprehend, and communicate in writing and verbally and be able react in a timely manner.Focused customer service skills and ability to work in a team environmentGeneral computer skillsAbility to walk and respond to emergencies in a timely manner#FSTSS
