We are seeking a strategic, yet 'rolling up your sleeves, hands-on' GTS Digital Product Growth Manager to support the end-to-end lifecycle of digital initiatives across our GTS business unit. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our digital portfolio is aligned to organizational priorities, resources are optimally allocated and initiatives deliver measurable value.
As a GTS Digital Product Growth Manager, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining a comprehensive view of current products and services, as well as of the planned digital initiatives landscapeSupporting leadership in prioritizing digital investments by evaluating value, risk, capacity and strategic alignmentCreating and manage a dynamic portfolio roadmap that aligns with organizational goalsTracking and report on portfolio-level and initiative-level KPIs, health metrics and financials, synthesizing insightsImplementing and enforce portfolio governance processes to ensure initiative transparency, accountability and consistencyLeading intake and assessment process for new digital initiatives, working closely with other business stakeholders and engineering product managersActing as a liaison between engineering product managers team, finance, and sales to align priorities and timing
