Job Description

What will you do?

Follow procedures as outlined by Best Practices, SOP’s & work instructions. Take direction from Site Supervisor/Manager (and Senior Lead) regarding daily duties.

Purchases, tracks, and manages supplies and handles delivery and supply.

Manage queries as these arise.

Performs special project tasks as requested.

Performs other duties as assigned.

A day in the life:

Handle incoming assets and process disposal either to recycle, redeployment, etc.

Maintain good documentation practices while sorting, filing, cataloging.

Provide the vital data on key performance indicators and metrics as the need arises.

Sort, process, and organize containers, bins, totes, pallets, etc.

Relocate equipment, assets, pallets in store rooms as needed.

Partner with third party buyers and coordinate asset pickups.

Education requirement:

High School Graduate or equivalent from an accredited institution required.

Associate's degree preferred.

In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Experience requirements:

Experience with purchasing, tracking, and managing supplies and handles delivery and supply

Experience accepting deliveries and tracking Assets (cell phones, monitors, keyboards.

Experience managing Assets (cell phones, computers, monitors, keyboards, etc.) is required.

Experience with receiving deliveries, tracking and managing Assets (cell phones, computers, monitors, keyboards, etc.) is required.

Experience with retrieving, tracking and managing Assets (cell phones, computers, monitors, keyboards, etc.) is required.

Experience working with third party buyers and managing Asset pickups is required.

Experience working with Microsoft office tools is required.

Experience working with ServiceNow is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Ability to read, write and speak English.

Experience in Asset management.

Ability to prioritize and multitask, self motivated.

Attention to detail is critical.

Good time management and interpersonal skills.

Ability to deal expertly with all types of information, including that of a confidential nature.

This position will need to lift, push and pull 30-40 pounds consistently and lift up to 50 pounds.
