GTO Transformation Capability Lead

Your responsibilities would include:

 

• transforming vision and methodology: pro-actively driving improvement and vision of Heineken's transformation (Greenprint) standards, frameworks, processes, norms, tooling and solutions required to deliver on HNV strategy, looking at the developments in the company and market trends
• embedding of Greenprint and change management: ensuring Heineken’s transformation and change management standards, frameworks, ways of working are defined, documented, issued & cross shared across the organization (including relevant examples)
• liaising closely with the hub transformation team(s), RTL’s, OTL’s, functions, regions, OpCo’s to make sure the reference framework is well embedded in the organization & continuously improved
• driving healthchecks: defining and executing healthchecks versus transformation framework/standards & interventions to de-bottleneck progress blockers
• shaping & facilitating transformation network/community (work)sessions to learn/share and reapply.

 

You are a good candidate if you have:

 

• university/Master's degree
• 5–10 years relevant experience
• thinking strategically and holistically
• having CPI mindset and expertise
• having experience in working within a complex international organization
• having international transformation/change management experience
• being familiarized with strategy development/deployment
• having the knowledge and experience in defining and delivering change management methodology that fits strategy delivery and transformation
• engaging & influencing stakeholders at different organizational levels
• clearly communicating the need for change
• motivating & inspiring people (story-telling)
• working in ambiguous situations
• demonstrating exceptional communication skills
• managing and overcoming resistance
• bringing outside-in views
• embracing change and taking ownership
