GTMC-OCE Performance Management Manager-Shanghai

About the Role: As part of Sanofi's Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) transformation, we're seeking an analytical expert with strong business acumen to drive customer engagement performance enhancement, by transforming customer engagement data into validated insights and actionable business recommendations

 

Key Responsibilities:

Drive analytics initiatives to evaluate omnichannel engagement performance (40%)

Build customer-centric view engagement performance framework and MVP

Build campaign-centric view engagement performance framework and MVP

Iterate by channel engagement performance tracking with focus on in-depth insight generation and business validation

Partner with GTMC I&A, Digital and BU teams to drive OneCI customer engagement dashboards and OneCI content dashboards revamp

Partner with Omnichannel Business Partners (OCE BPs) to support business reporting and problem solve with business stakeholders (20%)

Partner with Omnichannel central teams to structure data extract and analyses, supporting key OCE initiatives and solutions, and contributes to customer engagement journey building, channel mix optimization and content strategy (20%)

Design measurement frameworks for omnichannel engagement effectiveness and business impact, ensure alignment to data standards and granular tracking cross function, cross GBU and with global (10%)

Provide standardized analytical tools (non-OneCI dashboards) to automate and improve efficiency within OCE (10%)

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in analytics, with focus on customer engagement or digital marketing

Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations

Advanced knowledge of analytics tools and platforms (SQL, Python, PowerBI, Excel, PPT, etc.)

Proficiency in data visualization and analytics platforms

Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills

Experience and proven success in working with cross-functional teams

Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese

Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry preferred

Understanding of omnichannel marketing principles and metrics preferred

Knowledge of attribution modeling and customer journey analytics preferred
