**Section 1: Design and manage commercial team’s incentive compensation** + Simulate and provide incentive proposals for commercial team based on robust understanding of business strategies + Communicate with related departments to facilitate and reach consensus on commercial incentive policy + Ensure clear communication with commercial team + Track incentive actual payout, manage budget utilization and provide analysis accordingly (e.g. IC payout retrospective analysis, etc.) **Section 2: Manage and continuously optimize commercial target setting method** + Manage commercial target setting including account receivables, DSO, etc. + Allocate target to individual CDC levels + Ensure effective simulations and accurate allocation **Section 3: Commercial achievement and appeal processing and validation** + Deal with multiple patterns of commercial appeals to generate final business achievement + Close collaboration with finance BP, supply chain, credit management and hub functions **Section 4: Lead projects as required to support the execution of GTMC strategic initiatives:** + Coordinate projects that are strategic for customer-facing function of GTMC + Constantly look, propose and implement initiatives and solutions to deliver higher business efficiency and simplification in alignment with the business team **Section 5: Commercial analysis:** + Provide operational efficiency related commercial analysis including FTE deployment of commercial team, retrospective analysis of commercial IC or performance **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
