GTM Transformation Supervisor; GTM变革管理分析主管
Overview Partnering closely with GTM / Frontline Sales Leaders to develop most efficient, most effective Go-To-Market models. In line with the business’ strategic imperatives for growth and productivity, support the GTM team with project tracking and key reports, preparation towards market performance reviews and general project administration to ensure qualitative project implementation. Responsibilities • Work with GTM / MU Leaders to understand GTM strategy, operating principles and performance KPIs • Leverage broad data sets and reporting tools (eg: Power BI) to develop and deliver key reporting and trackers to monitor implementation progress and post-Go Live performance. Eg: GTM Weekly Summary, RCD Brand/SKU Activity Tracker, Market Insights Report, LKA DIS Report, etc. • Provide administrative support to GTM Project teams, ensuring project systems and databases have the latest data points, plans and progress updates • Support GTM teams with preparation of periodic market performance reviews – Collate data, generate reports and develop presentation content / templates • Continuously review GTM performance against established KPIs and generate insights and feedback highlighting inherent trends & opportunities for optimization and growth Eg: City Layout and Progress Tracking, City Coverage by City Level, RCD Active Coverage Tracking, etc. People Responsibilities: • Close and frequent interaction with GTM / MU Leaders to understand requirements and solicit feedback, update project information and share actionable insights and recommendations • Develop winning relationships with MU / HQ Commercial teams, ensuring highest levels of agility and support are provided • Partner with GBS Route Engineering team for common understanding of GTM strategy, tactical initiatives and performance KPIs Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Business or Supply Chain • 3-4 years experience in logistics, supply chain or field sales (FMCG preferred) • Experienced with Project Management software • Highly proficient with databases and reporting tools (Eg: SAP, Excel and Power BI) • Ability to understand complex business drivers, develop metrics, analyze and implement improvements • Strong communication and influencing skills. Fluent in English communication.
