GTM Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced GTM Recruiter to support go-to-market functions within a high-touch sales and business development organization. This role plays a critical part in identifying, engaging, and preparing top talent for commercial and customer-facing roles. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and a collaborative recruiting team to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. Role is 100% onsite in Seattle, WA

What You’ll Do

Own full-cycle recruiting for 12–15 requisitions at any given time, primarily supporting sales, business development, and go-to-market roles

Spend approximately 60% of your time sourcing and engaging passive candidates, using Boolean search techniques and other sourcing strategies

Prepare candidates for interviews through high-touch candidate coaching and expectation setting (approx. 30%)

Manage recruiting operations and administrative tasks including reporting, documentation, and process compliance (approx. 10%)

Partner closely with hiring managers through regular check-ins, pipeline reviews, and hiring strategy discussions

Collaborate daily with a tenured and supportive recruiting team in a highly visible, partnership-oriented environment

Required Qualifications

3–5 years of recruiting experience

Strong Boolean search and sourcing expertise

Experience with candidate pipeline reporting and recruiting metrics

Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail

Prior experience in a corporate staffing or in-house recruiting environment

Ability to engage professionally with senior leaders and executive-level candidates

Experience supporting go-to-market, sales, or commercial roles

Experience working in large, structured corporate environments

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
