Bosch Mobility Platform & Solutions (MPS) is building next-generation digital mobility platforms across India.
This includes:
MLFF/ FASTag/ GNSS-based tollingIntelligent Traffic Management Systems (ITMS)Smart parking and urban utilization platformsInfrastructure monetization models for cities and highwaysIntegrated mobility data platformsIndia is entering a structural shift in tolling, smart mobility, and urban digitization. MPS is positioning itself as a long-term digital platform orchestrator in this transformation.
This role leads the Government-to-Business (B2G) motion for these infrastructure-led platforms.
This is a strategic engagement and ecosystem orchestration role — not a tender processing function.

Role Overview
The Lead – Government & Strategic Partnerships is responsible for:
Developing and managing senior-level government relationshipsPositioning MPS in large-scale tolling, traffic management, and smart city programsStructuring and leading consortium-based bidsBuilding long-term strategic partnerships with system integrators and infrastructure playersEnabling execution through portfolio verticals (especially Utilization and Digital Infrastructure)This role owns access, credibility, and ecosystem activation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Government Engagement
Develop relationships across:National and state transport authoritiesMunicipal corporationsSmart City Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs)Highway and corridor authoritiesPosition MPS platforms in large-scale infrastructure modernization programsTrack policy shifts and regulatory developments in tolling and ITS2. Qualified Pipeline Creation
Build and maintain a defined B2G opportunity pipeline aligned to annual revenue targetsEnsure pipeline value covers at least 3x annual B2G revenue goal3. Bid Participation & Consortium Activation
Lead participation in qualified tenders aligned to target revenue planActivate strategic SI partnerships required to enable deal closure4. Revenue Closure
Contribute directly to closure of B2G-linked revenue across:Tolling (GNSS / MLFF)Intelligent Traffic Management Systems (ITMS)Smart parking and utilization platforms3. Consortium & Partnership Structuring
Identify and activate strategic partnerships with:Large system integrators (SIs)EPC and infrastructure playersITS technology firmsUrban infrastructure operatorsStructure revenue-share and co-delivery modelsLead consortium formation for major bids4. Tender & Bid Strategy
Evaluate and prioritize tenders aligned with platform strategyLead internal bid orchestrationEnsure structured commercial, technical, and risk alignmentMaintain governance discipline around large infrastructure bids5. Ecosystem Orchestration
QualificationsEducation
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Infrastructure, Urban Planning, or BusinessMBA preferredExposure to public-private partnership (PPP) frameworks strongly preferredRequired Experience
12–18 years in:Government technology salesSmart city infrastructureITS (Intelligent Transport Systems)Tolling or traffic management platformsUrban infrastructure modernizationDemonstrated leadership in multi-crore public infrastructure dealsDirect experience managing complex tenders and consortium bidsStrong working relationships within:State transport departmentsMunicipal authoritiesInfrastructure and highway bodiesProven ability to structure public-private partnership (PPP) models
