The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan's state-funded, nationally recognized, Pre-K program for 4-year-old children. We’re looking for a GSRP Associate Teacher to support a high-quality, play-based classroom that prepares children for kindergarten and beyond. As an Associate Teacher, you’ll: + Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing daily lessons using an approved GSRP curriculum + Assist in observing and assessing children’s development using approved tools + Help maintain a safe, engaging, and organized classroom + Build positive relationships with children and families + Participate in family engagement activities, staff meetings, and required professional development We’re seeking compassionate, curious, and committed educators who are eager to make a lasting impact.
