WHAT YOU'LL DO: Here's what you can expect on a typical day: Custom Development & Programming - Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes following best practices and design patterns Build responsive Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components for enhanced user experiences Create and maintain Visualforce pages and controllers for legacy system integrations Implement complex business logic using Apex, SOQL, and SOSL Develop and maintain REST/SOAP web services and API integrations Write comprehensive unit tests achieving 85%+ code coverage Optimize code performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues Salesforce Configuration & Administration - Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, and page layouts Design and implement workflow rules, process builder, and flow automation Create and maintain validation rules, formula fields, and roll-up summary fields Configure security settings including profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules Set up and maintain custom applications, tabs, and user interfaces Implement data management strategies including import/export and data quality rules Configure reports, dashboards, and analytics for business insights ##LI-DNI

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience 3+ years of Apex programming and Lightning Web Components development 4+ years of Salesforce configuration and administration experience Bachelors or Master Degree in Engineering, computer applications, Proven experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC) Strong background in object-oriented programming concepts Experience with version control systems (Git) and deployment tools Development Skills Apex: Advanced proficiency in Apex classes, triggers, batch classes, and scheduled classes Lightning Web Components (LWC): Experience building modern, responsive user interfaces Visualforce: Ability to create and maintain Visualforce pages and controllers SOQL/SOSL: Advanced querying skills and performance optimization JavaScript: Strong JavaScript fundamentals for Lightning development HTML/CSS: Front-end development skills for custom user interfaces Configuration Skills Platform Configuration: Objects, fields, relationships, page layouts, record types Process Automation: Workflow rules, Process Builder, Flow, and approval processes Security Model: Profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and field-level security Data Management: Data import/export, data loader, and data quality management Reports & Dashboards: Advanced reporting and analytics configuration Custom Applications: App building, custom tabs, and user experience design Certifications Must have Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Salesforce Certified Administrator Certifiactiosn Good To have Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
