Essential Responsibilities
Development of IIR (industrial Info Resources) Dashboards for each Key Account Manager (KAM) based on market segment (i.e. mining, data centers, industrial, utilities, etc.)Work with KAMs to develop a list of Key account targets accounts/projectsStrong focus on new external customers as well as development of Long Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) for existing clients.Target a Opp Value for each account/project and develop a pipeline by market segment.Conduct a minimum of 20 “qualified” business development calls per week.“qualified” meaning account history, opportunity potential, key stake holders, target value, completion date, etc.This should equal a measurable KP target of 1,000 meetings per year. These shall be trackable thru GEV CRM tool.KPIs shall cover various GE technologies & Services covering ACS substations, HVDC, FACTs, and Installed Base of equipment.Develop data model based on IIR campaign calls in order to identify market trends based on different dimensions (customer segment, technology, Service offering,…). The main output is to identify successful market segments, define market price levels, evaluate opportunities’ risk, manage timely delivery and accuracy of offers.Digital MediaWork with the commercial marketing teams withing GSI to launch a digital footprint campaign to promote GSI- servicesStrategic Marketing Campaigns trainingsEvaluate GE-hosted event or conferences where GSI-Service should be includedWork with business team members to develop a conference planCommunicate, educate and enable the regional sales team on sales practices and process+/-20% travel as needed to meet job requirementsQualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Grid Industry Experience
• Demonstrated ability to research and analyze data (including data mining model) to develop commercial trends and market analysis.
• Up to 5 years’ experience in the Grid ‘s industry related services, sales, and/or marketing.
