You will be the GSC Operations Analyst for the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Global Supply Chain (GSC) team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the accurate forecasting, execution, and delivery of subcontractor costs, playing a critical role in the program's success.



What You Will Be Doing
As the GSC Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for serving as the primary liaison between Subcontract Managers and Finance, communicating status, risk, and opportunities to cross-functional staff and leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Accurately forecasting and executing subcontractor costs
• Collaborating with Subcontract Managers and Finance to ensure seamless communication
• Engaging with cross-functional staff and leadership to communicate status, risk, and opportunities
• Contributing to a dynamic, fast-paced program with ample opportunities for growth and new experiences

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Ability to obtain a US Security clearance.
• Ability to work multiple tasks and deal with competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to understand financial data
• Review large amounts of data and consolidate into an easy to digest format for leadership
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of how supply chains operate
• Understanding of performance metrics and specifically financial data
• Experience in SAP and EFS
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
