GSAM Account Activation & Senior Analyst - Livestock | Animal Health

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at balancing priorities while influencing stakeholders, we’d love to hear from you! **Tasks & responsibilities** As a GSAM Account Activation & Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence in customer value creation and ensuring above-market growth. Your responsibilities will include: + Data Management & Analysis: Ensure accurate and timely reporting, process KAM targets, and conduct market data analysis and forecasts. Optimize data sourcing, preparation, and visualization for actionable insights. + Strategic Account Performance: Monitor progress against targets for global and regional accounts, set up KPIs dashboards, and lead performance reviews with action plan follow-ups. + Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitive situations, and customer data to provide strategic recommendations and insights to account managers. + Financial & Pricing Support: Manage departmental budgets, prepare financial models, track rebates, and optimize pricing and contracting processes for global accounts. + Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with global key accounts, conduct business reviews, and collaborate on annual Customer Business Plans (CBPs). + Event & Forum Management: Organize global events, manage budgets, coordinate speakers, and support promotional initiatives for key accounts. + Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to corporate guidelines for pricing, contracting, and event approvals while participating in global compliance initiatives. **Requirements** + Degree in Business Management, Veterinary, Finance or a related field + Several years of experience in animal health or other highly concentrated global industry with knowledge and experience in global strategic/key account or business operations management + Solid understanding of the animal health industry including its economics and key drivers would be preferred + Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with proficiency in Excel PivotTable for complex data analysis and data visualization tools such as PowerPoint, Mekko Graphics, Tableau, Power BI for impactful presentations.
