Job Description As Growth Strategy Lead, you will own the business-side levers of digital growth across GlobeOne and GOMO, from monetization design to ecosystem partnerships. Unlike traditional bizdev roles, your lens is behavior-led: how can monetization and partnerships embed into the user’s behavioral journey inside our digital products?You’ll work with Product, Finance, Legal, and Brand to turn strategy into in-app value: offers that reward repeat behavior, pricing tiers that increase stickiness, partnerships that deepen usage. You bring the monetization vision that turns engagement into revenue without disrupting behavior flow.
Key Responsibilities
Design monetization strategies that align with user behavior patterns
Develop and execute strategic partnerships that go beyond co-marketing, integrating partner value into core user journeys.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Brand, Finance, and Legal to build scalable business models for in-app and ecosystem growth.
Own commercial modeling (ROI, CLV, NPV) to evaluate business cases and prioritize initiatives that unlock revenue or retention lift.
Evaluate monetization and partnership performance, using data to continuously optimize for business value and user experience harmony.
Champion behavior-led monetization by ensuring commercial interventions do not disrupt — and ideally reinforce — habit loops and product engagement.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years in Strategic Partnerships, Growth Monetization, or Digital Business Design
Track record of creating behavior-aligned monetization (e.g., bundles that nudge frequency, rewards that deepen engagement)
Strong in commercial modeling (ROI, NPV, CLV) and partner value creation
Experience structuring platform partnerships that integrate with product use cases and not just sponsorships
Comfortable aligning Legal, Product, and Marketing behind growth-driving business cases
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in telco, fintech, or mobile-first services
Experience in different business models and doing business cases
Familiarity with value stacking models, embedded service design, or reward-based monetization
Strategic thinker who can connect commercial intent with user behavior loops
Operates with urgency: can move from strategic deck to go-to-market launch
