Role Overview
As a Growth Strategy Director, you will help clients unlock next-generation customer experiences and business growth by connecting strategic vision with actionable execution. You will guide organizations as they navigate transformation by using a human centered approach to design, data intelligence, and AI-enhanced innovation to reimagine how they create value in an increasingly digital world.
This is not a traditional consulting role. You’re part strategist, part systems thinker, part change agent. You’ll shape how clients organize, prioritize, and deliver growth in the age of AI.
You will lead high-impact strategy engagements, mentor a team of 3–5 Growth Strategists, and collaborate across design, product, and technology to ensure strategies deliver measurable business impact. Success in this role requires a visionary mindset, fluency in AI enabled digital ecosystems, and a proven ability to help organizations look beyond cost-cutting toward innovation, differentiation, and long-term value creation.
What You’ll Do
Partner with executive clients to define transformation priorities and design human-centered, AI-enabled growth strategies. Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable roadmaps that connect strategy to measurable outcomes. Lead large-scale engagements, shaping opportunity portfolios that balance innovation, feasibility, and ROI. Mentor 3–5 Growth Strategists, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and strategic excellence across projects. Persuade clients to see beyond operational efficiency toward innovation, market differentiation, and sustainable value creation. Identify, evaluate, and activate new growth opportunities enabled by emerging technologies and evolving customer behaviors. Facilitate executive workshops to align leadership teams on transformation objectives and investment priorities. Partner across Launch’s design, product, and engineering disciplines to ensure strategy connects seamlessly with delivery. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through modernization, capability-building, and cultural change. Actively participate in go-to-market efforts and internal initiatives, including pursuit strategy, proposal creation, and executive client presentations. Develop and share thought leadership that strengthens Launch’s reputation as a leader in human-centered, AI-driven strategy.

Proven record leading cross-functional teams and advising executive-level clients on complex transformation initiatives. Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, customer experience strategy, and AI/ML business applications. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills—able to influence and inspire at all levels of leadership. A balance of analytical rigor and creative problem-solving. Demonstrated success mentoring, managing, and developing strategic talent. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to identify new market and growth opportunities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
