As the Growth and Performance Lead at TUI, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth across multiple markets. Initially functioning as a full-stack performance marketer covering Paid Media, SEO & Content Strategy, and Digital Analytics, your role will evolve to lead a dedicated performance team as the business grows.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning, launching, and optimising digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platformsOwning budget allocation and campaign pacing across all B2C performance channels Creating and executing A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and funnelsCollaborating with design and content teams to develop high-performing creativesDeveloping and implementing a scalable SEO strategy for international marketsOverseeing keyword research, content planning, and website optimisationDefining a long-term content roadmap that aligns with the user journeyMapping out the customer funnel and continuously improving conversion rates at each stageSetting up and managing experiments on web flows (e.g., booking engine, onboarding pages)Defining and monitoring key growth KPIs across all digital channelsBuilding dashboards using Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI or similar toolsTranslating performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendationsEnsuring proper tracking implementation (Google Tag Manager, Pixel setups, UTMs, etc.)Coordinating with content, creative, CRM, and product teams to align on campaign goalsABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should possess:
5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth roles Proven hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics, and CRO best practices Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Hotjar, Google Optimize, and Power BI/Data Studio Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese are strong assets Background in the travel or tourism industry would be advantageous Experience launching and optimising campaigns across Latin American markets would be beneficial Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) would be a plusFrom a workplace to a place to belong.
